- You have friendly personality and can build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- You are quick to apply new skills but will accept help from team members when required.
- You are proactive, reliable and diligent.
- You are comfortable working outdoors and around water.
What availability do I need?
This is entirely up to you! We’re open all year around and offer both full-time and part-time hours. Some of our staff work full-time all year round, whilst others with family, study or other job commitments come to us mainly at weekends or during holiday periods.
Special demands of the role
You must be comfortable working around water and be able to swim to a good standard.
Whilst you do not need any prior experience and full training will be given, boathand duties are a part of each shift and this may include moving boats.
